The 5th International workshop on LEDs and solar applications was successfully held on September 13-14, 2017 at DTU, Denmark. During the 1.5-day workshop, researchers from Japan, China, Germany, Sweden, US and Denmark contributed a total of 19 oral presentations and 9 poster presentations with fruitful discussion and knowledge exchange, in various research topics in LEDs and solar applications.
The best poster award was awarded to Nicholas Riedel, Adrián A. Santamaria Lancia, Sune Thorsteinsson, and Peter Poulsen for their work entitled "Validation of the spectral mismatch correction factor using an LED-based solar simulator".
