The 6th International Workshop on Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Devices was successfully held on October 28-31, 2018 at Pingtan, China. During the 3-day workshop, researchers from China, Sweden, Pakistan and Denmark have a fruitful discussion and knowledge exchange, in various research topics in wide bandgap semiconductor materials and devices.
